On 27 November 2017, William GILLES, President of IMODEV, met Frederico Sosa Otero, Director General of the Open Government General Directorate in the Ministry of Technical Planning for Economic and Social Development of Paraguay, to discuss about open Government Issues.
On 28 November 2017, William GILLES, President of IMODEV and Director of the Master of Data Law, eGov and Open Gov (Sorbonne Law School) delivered a lecture on Open Government and Digital Issues at the Legislative Academy of the Congress of Paraguay.
Fernando Lugo Méndez, President of the Senate of Paraguay, former President of the Republic of Paraguay, received William GILLES after his lecture.
